Yes, as i posted above the account is Registered legally to my father's name which means that i am allowed to use it under his supervision. Therefore until i turn 18, i will have to recieve/send money through my father's name.

Again, if the account is in the name of someone over 18 then they are responsible, so it doesnt matter who uses it. Its 100% safe.

I don't see a problem with it, people under 18 wouldn't have a bank account anyway so it must be registered in their parents name.

WRONG

I had my first bank account at the tender age of 14 (natwest) , and re-opended another bank with abbey... at the age of 17. =)

I had my first bank account at 14, i just reopended another one with a new bank (abbey) at the age of 17. =)
Did you have a paypal account at 14? How did you get the bank account?
