Two words, PAYPAL SUCK!
So this is how the story goes...
[rant]
I've had my "hyprovision@gmail.com" account with paypal for over a year and never had any problems... On February they decide to take the funds i had in my account (£206 / near $400) out and put my account under limitation, i phoned them up and asked them what's going on because i didn't get a a notice of why my account has been limited through email or such. So anyway i phoned them and asked them what's going on, they told me that they had limited my account due to me being underage... Fair enough, so they told me i needed to fax in documentation in order for the limitation to be lifted so i done what they said and three months later they emailed me saying they're going to hold onto the money until 180 days have passed. They even told me they can take legal action against me... I mean WTF?!?!?!?
Here's a quote from the email i recieved:
Dear Jason Singh,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your concerns. I am
happy to assist you further.
In order to protect all PayPal customers and the quality of our service,
we take violations of our User Agreement very seriously.
After further review of your faxed documents, we have determined that
you are not yet 18 years old. As per our User Agreement, Section 1.
"Eligibility", individuals under the age of 18 may not establish PayPal
Accounts.
The remaining balance in your PayPal Account can be used to refund your
buyers or will be held within your PayPal Account for 180 days in order
to minimize any chargeback risks. Once the 180-day period has elapsed,
you will be able to withdraw the funds from your account via your bank
account.
If you choose to refund your buyers, please log into your account and
respond to this email with a list of customers you choose to refund.
Please provide the email address, along with the dollar amount and the
date of the original transaction. If you do not respond to this
notification, the funds in your balance will be held for 180 days.
PayPal reserves the right to lock any account reported to be involved in
possible fraudulent or high-risk behaviour. In the event of a dispute,
PayPal will seek to recover the funds from you by debiting your PayPal
balance and, if there are insufficient funds in your PayPal balance,
PayPal reserves the right to collect your debt to PayPal by any other
legal means.
Thank you for using PayPal for your online payment needs.
Sincerely,
Thomas

Honestly, i hate paypal more than i've ever hated anything in my whole life. And the ironic thing is i still use them, infact i HAVE to use them since most of my clients only take paypal.
GBUY WHERE ARE YOU!?!??!?!?!
[/rant]

Whoah. That sucks.
How old are you? And how did they find out you're underage?

I don't see your argument holding any ground. You knew that you were breaking the User Agreement, so why are you so angry at a company for limiting your account when you lied to open the account in the beginning?

How the hell can you hate paypal after you signed up to an 18+ service?
You make zero sense, rant is worthless.
