Massive flash project

I am in need of a brilliant flasher. Must have atleast 2 examples of FULL FLASH SITES!

You will be required to flash:

Needs to have bubbles floating up randomly and those round circles to be bobbing through 'water' while it loads in the center

Flash loads, then the 2 'arms' extend and dust and silt float away
Lights in the middle pulse
The portfolio stuff loads from an XML file and the right area does the same thing
When a portfolio item is clicked the screen fades to a darker color and the pop-up page appears.

It loads all images from an XML file and the nave mouseovers like this http://designefx.net/beta/popup.html which i did myself. Also bubbles need to float up aswell.
