[WTH] My Next Coder

Hello Programmers. Are you..

• Reliable?
  As in, are you on messenger a good amount of hours, so I can talk to you and see how your getting on? Do you complete tasks when I need them to be completed / when you say they will be done?
• Experienced?
  Will you code to the exact .PSD I provide, right down to the font colours, sizes, alignment, etc? Can you make it so everything works and I don't have 'odd bits' as it were.
• Affordable?
  To a price I can afford and be happy about - will you participate in work deals and be relaxed; build a relationship with me where I can offer you whatever work I need done..
• English Speaker?
  I don't like slang too much, but if you can balance it; as long as you feel comfortable, I would prefer to work with someone whom which I can understand fully.

I'm not too impressed with coders at the moment, so I'm looking for someone who can complete my tasks brand new. Basically, the job is to take my .PSD designs, which are catergorized, make them XHTML/CSS and have the turnkey script I provide installed into the template, so the template therefore becomes fully operational with the script.

I've been quoted for this already, there are 4 tasks which are not too complicated, so is there anyone that can match up to my requirements? Apologies for the long thread : I want to speed up as much as you do. I would also most defintley have work for you in the future.

Thankyou to the ones that I have spoken to already - I must add and remind, please read my entire thread before consulting me, as I don't want to waste your time aswell as mine. I need PHP / XHTML / CSS experience for these four tasks.

I have been quoted $100.00 already for the tasks, but are looking for something a little lower, hence if I can request for this thread to be moved.
