Would you pay for a portfolio script ?

So im thinking about coding a fully customizable portfolio script which would include

news,
portfolio
- different categories

admin panel that would let you edit the categories and upload the works as well as edit the descriptions etc. Also you would be able to edit the news.

It would also work with any pre made template because you would just add <? include "portfolio.php"; ?> to where you wanted it to be. And likewise <? include "news.php"; ?> for the news. (also you would have to change the extension to .php)

$25 is the most I'd pay tbh because it's pretty easy to edit it anyway.
