Being ignored and not getting paid.

Hey guys!

About a month ago, I re-designed www.strawburries.com and made www.exgftips.com for David Stotch. He's an user here.


We agreed a total of 2500$ and he paid promply.
Three days after the payment, somehow he got refunded.

Since that moment, he started ignoring me, and won't respond to my e-mails.

I pay my studies with this payments, so he's bascailly *****ng me up with this.

I'm looking for help into this.

File a DMCA complaint with his host, they're not his designs if he didn't pay for them. Do you have a contract?

No, I don't I have the sources of course. of all the PHP.

You're best bet would be using Australia's take-down system. Clients usually get a lot less resistant when they see operational troubles heading their way.

I hope you can get this resolved.

In the mean time I would suggest that you leave an iTrader rating.

Well, there host MelbourneIT is shady aswell.
They haven't not responded to any of my two e-mails.

Well, after some hard work, and trying to figure out Nameservers, I reached they use LiquidWeb.

I contacted LiquidWeb with a DMCA complaint.

Someone named MARK paid, saying he sent me 1000$ dollars for the first site, yet not the 1300$.

And I have sent proof of the refunds to LiquidWeb.

This guys are sketchy as HELL.

Good you made him pay. let's hope the rest of the money will make its way to you. I really hate it when people try to do such nasty things
