URGENT - graphic design: magazine advertisement - we are a design house and outsourcing overflow work ... *URGENT*

It\'s the design of a double page ad for a home building magazine for new home builders. Ad size is 440x297mm landscape/horizontal. Note that with the binding process, there is an area near the spine which is not visible. No text should appear 6mm from either side of the spine. Final art must be in CMYK with text flattened and/or free fonts included as well as bleed and crop marks at 300dpi minimum for photographs and the rest wherever possible in vector. Preferred programs are Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (ONLY for bitmap elements) and CorelDRAW and others are also OK.
