yea it would be better to list the website for each with a little description.

but googling is the best I can do right now so thanks for the list.

If I could edit the opening post of this thread, I'd put in links to either the project's home page, or maybe also the wikipedia page for them. Wow, there's a lot of these out there.

Personally I'm trained up in Drupal, and really enjoy working with it. Very powerful system, with lots of pre-made modules which can provide a lot of different functionality.
