Has Zee been on yet?
edit: On the 11th, it will be a month since he logged on.... If zee isn't willing to be the admin, he needs to appoint someone to do the work.

He came on today, and the only thread he bothered attending to was his own "Beta tester required thread". He missed out all the ones that are actually important to the community.

So many of these problems would be able to be fixed if Zee made the one-time effort of delegating roles and positions properly. Let certain people have access to the skins for example, for skin bugs would mean that Zee himself would not have to do it himself.
My two cents. I don't expect it to happen, though!

Enable Template Comments in the General Settings, and you can find out where that is. It's in the VERY beginning of the body.
I also like the name of the css folder.
