  Old  NetFirms?

Anyone have bad experiences with NetFirm? I saw an ad for $10 a year hosting there because of a big sale, and wasn't sure how great they were. They had a few hosting awards, but it still could be a bad place..

Opinions? :P

From the looks of it, they seem pretty reliable. I don't see the $10/year hosting anywhere though; could you link to the offer?

Well, I bit the bait... I was planning to get new hosting anyways, and this was an offer I couldn't resist.

I would never go for a large company like that. I'd rather go to a small - medium sized company because they care more about their customers.

20 GB space, 750 GB bandwidth for $10 / year is rediculous. I bet they have crazy restrictions on the account. Read their TOS.

Reading their TOS, I wouldn't buy from them...

After reading their TOS, I don't see anything wrong.

Everything seems to be working fine. I'm really glad I found out about this (thanks Andrew!)... Saved me about $100.

The only thing I can complain about is that they don't use cPanel X, which is what I'm used to. But they do have their own services that replace cPanel X, such as website traffic tracking (which looks better than what cPanel X offers, actually).
