  Old  Creative Writing, Anyone?

Hey guys,

The idea for this thread spawned from the discussion over in the Freelance Writing forum about lack of writers and / or the lack of interest in writing, around the internet.

Now answer me this, how many of you have actually sat down one night out of inspiration or sheer boredom, and written something original and creative?

Many nights when I have nothing better to do I sit down and draft up some ideas, they more than likely end up being forgotten about until the day I format and come to back-up needed files, but the fact is I am still keeping my creative juices flowing, with literature.

How many of you can say the same?

I started writing a follow-up story for the TV Serie called 'John Doe' which was cancelled by Fox. I wanted to write a couple of seasons and ofcourse the ending, which wasn't released by Fox. Unfortunally I didn't get to finish it because of a Hard Drive crash, which destroyed the story. I never re-wrote it.
I've always been rather good at coming up with stories because basically my imagination doesn't hold me back, I wrote alot of stories when I was in High School and the teachers always loved them.
It's not so much a passion, more of a time-killer though I don't write alot anymore.

Wicked cool, what were your plans for the seasons when you had finished?

Posting them at the official John Doe forum at Fox and hopefully make people enjoy it.
