I think the lady's overall shape is nice, I don't care for the solid dark magenta/purple though.
And would it really say logic on the bottom corner? That seems very random, if it's a watermark then nevermind.
Overall if I could give you any suggestions I would suggest absolutely more color, more pattern, halftones maybe, maybe work with her hair a little bit more and add some more dramatic shadows to her figure?
Dirt2, I think that's the 'brand' name, not a watermark. The idea is okay.
I think the graphic of the girl is too big. The shirt would look better, I think, if the graphic was more subtle and less overpowering. And, if you're trying to work in your 'brand', I'd make it a bit more subtle. I mean, nobody but you knows who Logic is. If it were Gap or Old Navy, that's different.
Just my opinion here, but I hate the fact that you've labeled this a 'girl' design. I get the impression that because the colors are girlie or that the content IS a girl, that it automatically would be best suited for females. I like the grunge type shirts with darker colors personally.
