 WoW not work in vista
I updated the WoW patch 2.3 and now I have to use XP to play because vista messes the game up.

Welcome to the woderful(?) world of vista, this is why I advise people who want a new operating system in the next 12 months to go mac.

Vista is so bad business clients are going back to XP.

If everyone would have just listened to me as bringer of absolute truth..... Here is what I said long before vista came out
It will SUCK, lets look at the pattern of modern windows
3.1 (1992) -Good for its time
Windows 95 -Sucked
Windows 98 -Amazing
Windows ME -Sucked peroid
Windows XP -Great
Windows Vista -Will suck
Windows next -Will be good
The pattern is every other one is good.

Thats good that it doesnt work. I used to be addicted to that game for 3 months then one day I was like WTF? It truely is a pointless game, too much grinding, and also sucks up cash. I think id just not play it, it seriously isnt worth it. As far as the problem, did you install the patch under the right username? my friend had an issue with that(sort of).

Downgrade to XP, or better yet, get a mac.
