Jamie, if I wanted to pay 4 times as much for something that will achieve the same purpose, I would. The point here is, if you read my first post, I am building a powerful, but great value system. Are macs powerful as this, and as great value for money?

Your right Julian, Mac hardware isn't that great and doesn't have a great value for money, but for OS's Jaime is right, Vista is 4 times as expensive as OS X haha

I wouldn't know Sledneck, depends if you are buying it from the US as my country would add on transport costs etc. It comes to $664 US approx from a direct conversion from NZD.
