Looks like mostly a visual upgrade to me, however there are a few cool new features.

LOL you guy's don't understand. Yes there is a massive visual change but there is also heaps of other stuff. And also theres are new version for safari that also work on Windows lol
Anyway the feautres:
Dual core and 64 bit optimized = sweeeeeett
Spaces = Copy from linux but basically you can have virtual desktops if you get what i mean lol
time machine = built in backup system
new apps = yep basically all the default apps have been giving a makeover and they now have new features
Quick look = like a feautre to view nearly any file without opening an app
Also if you look at the visual features video there a truck load of things that leopard can do Man i'm buyin this the day it hits the shelves

This is like what Microsoft did with XP to Vista really...gave it a fine cover up and some cool new apps.
