I don't know if you're allowed to use these on designs though.
Someone should send an email to the admin of the site and ask because it doesn't touch on the subject specifically in the user agreement.

Yes, you can, for example include them in a template you give to someone for free and in your own homepage where you aren't earning money with, and you can't in the site of your father's online company, or in a VB skin you're selling.
