[Wanted] Programmers needed for Outsourcing

I currently have tons of leads from my project managers and could use some good reliable programmers to outsource too when i am overbooked ( such as now ). This can be a fairly good financial opportunity for someone looking for consistant projects. I might be interested in taking this as far as getting my own e-firm going because of the amount of leads I have been receiving.

I can honestly care less if you are a person who is a "class junkie" or prefers to write everything yourself aslong as you can get jobs done with quality in a timely manor.

Requirements (PHP)

• Knowledge of OOP
• Atleast 2 years of experience with proof
• Able to show files with best work
• Able to be reached by phone or other forms of immediate contact
• Ability to send me files that sufficiently show your skill ( I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYONE WHO IS NOT WILLING TO SEND SOURCE CODE )

• Code without the use of browser hacks
• Knowledge of common SEO and semantic practices
• Able to show files with best work
• Atleast 1 year of experience with proof
• 0-2 Day maximum turnaround
