There isnt much to be specific about apart from jQuery, a naviation and it not taking very long. It's a simple job.
Chances are if you're remotley talented in jQuery you can do it. (:

Okay thought I had this fixed. Well I do on the navigation part, just need someone to help get scrollto working correctly. xD
