  Old  Scammer alert: Paul from vbmedic.com

A few weeks ago Paul contacted me saying he could code my template for vbulletin after I made a request here.

He said $55 upfront and $55 once done ($110 for whole project)

A week later he contacted me to say he cant do it due to time.

I asked him for a refund of my $55 and was blocked from his msn.
