User Experience Lead - Relocation Required

My director is currently seeking a candidate that would be a great fit as a UX Lead with my RIA User Interface Development company. We are currently one of the top 40 software development companies in the world and we always promote from within.

I am currently a User Experience Designer specializing in producing engaging user interfaces, desktop publications, and in charge of all of our company's business proposal productions. An ideal candidate would have a great eye for design, face-to-face client interaction experience, being able to present yourself as a developer/designer as well as a sales lead in the process, as you will encounter many client meetings in your projects.

As a current employee, I can truly say that I absolutely love my job, and the work environment is more fun and comfortable than any other job I've ever seen. You would absolutely love it here. You would be required to relocate to Michigan for this position and you will be in-office (along with the rest of the team).

Preferred Experience:

Adobe Creative Suite (we build applications in Flex), Expression Blend, Microsoft Silverlight
