I dont have time to run www.photoshopstart.com. I would like it to go to someone who can put the time into the site that i didnt have!

Assume no traffic or revenue.

It includes the 2 tutorials and the contacts of the writers. It also has this unique wordpress skin with the PSD.

Yes, Its called wordpress and all you need to do is write a tutorial and post it. You can also add mods, moderate comments, add links, add categories and lots lots more!
