Never, Never Buy a hosting from JustHost.com
This is important for anyone who is having a web hosting server with www.justhost.com DO NOT BUY a hosting space from them. We have around 80 websites running with http://www.justhost.com/ and we run into trouble and we the problem was there for more than 2 days and we have talked to them and chatted with them more than 10 times, But simply they are not putting their effort to fix our problem.
Our websites stopped functioning every 10 minutes and when we approached the most pathetic point is, they are asking us for tracerout. It is very obvious for anyone who knows a little about hosting that the problem is with mysql server going down once in every 10 minutes, instead of fixing the correct problem, they cheating us as if we don’t know anything about hosting.
Never, Never Buy a hosting from JustHost.com, They will make you to cry & beg and still they will not solve the problem.

At those prices failure is almost guaranteed. A little research on the web makes it pretty clear they are awful as well. Sorry you got burnt by them, at least it want much money. Just remember you get what you pay for, no company will be the exception to that rule.

On the contrary I have used justhost from day one, and never had a problem, and the select few times my sites had an issue it was immediately resolved. I have used them for over 3 years...

I just saw a similar thread on digitalpoint, seems that their hosting is really awful. Better stick to some well known brands such as hostgator.

Well, I might not comment on JustHost as far as I'm in web hosting and I was never used their services, but I'd say "Never go with oversellers". If you seen someone offering "unlimited disc space", you;d know that this is not your web hosting provider.

I did take your advice and did some research on them JustNow
It seems the trend on most review boards is fairly negative, although I did find one that was mostly fives across the board. And you're right, generally you get what you pay for, although there are always exceptions.
Good luck to the OP on getting your issues resolved.

I avoid any big company. Try to go for the middle size hosting companies.

as we know there is nothing like unlimited in this world, specially when it comes to diskspace or bandwidth. Everything has a cost.
As Winleet said, always go for middle size hosting companies since they know how to take care of their customers, while biggies like godaddy, hostgator etc. don't mind loosing small clients!
