i dont think the "Statistics" fits in, try using a different font/color?

looks good, although I am not sure about the 'Statistics' part, it would make me think the name of the site is statistics, its a good start all except for the left of the header.

That is one of the greatest updates i've ever seen. Now THAT is a sexy skin IMO. Good job man, no complaints from me!

looking good, but a few suggesitons.
increase the main forum text (category 1), redo the collapse buttons, move the tcat text 1-2 px down (well atleast on the second forum), add more space for the login make the login boxes bigger and remove that checkbox icon and have a normal checkbox instead, add another "logo" text, and last use white text in the footer as you have on the rest of all the dark blue areas..
these are just small and minor changes i think is needed to make it look cleaner, its looking good so far tho, good job

the update looks a heck of a lot better than before! great job.
however the text size on the forums can be a little bigger and the gray part next to the banner doesn't look like it fits in.
