I tried playing around with it to make a layout but i got stuck, any suggestions (and comments/crit on the logo)?

I like it a lot, my olnly suggestion in the colored one, try and make the arrows beveled or shiny or something as well, they a bit plain on the bg.

I like it but i think the arrows could be improved upon, not sire about the font either, overall though the concept is good.
