Well, have you ever seen contracts, (usually used in big business) like when you sign up for a wireless contract or something online, you enter your name and click you agree to the contract.
Then I'm guessing your logged by the information?
Just curious if they are enforcable at all for small business..

In the US, digitally signing a document by entering your name (provided you are adequately informed) is just as valid as good old ink. You can sign all sorts of loan papers, government documents etc.
I have a standard Statement of Work contract that I use. Both parties must sign it digitally. I only use it on the contracts that are worth the time it takes to write it though.
As for enforcing it, you can always hire a debt collection agency. They usually require a bulk purchase of 50-100 collection efforts, at $*** per effort, so it isn't always practical.
