Old  Any Tips On Freelancing While In School?

I am 14, and going into my second year of high school. Last year, I started freelancing at the end of the school year, so I didn't really have to balance school and freelancing. I am considering ditching client work, and only making themes until next summer. Is the theme business lucrative? Did anyone else freelance while in high school? Any advice would be appreciated.

School comes first, period. What I do at the beginning of academic semesters is clear my schedule for the first week and see how things are going to go from there. Last semester I was able to work but it doesn't look like it's happening this time for me.

Agree, school is always first. Wait til you settle in and see how time works out, I'm sure you'll be able to pick up a few little jobs as you go.
