TF Council
Lately there's been alot of people sayin the've been ripped of, there gonna sue, etc.
These things never seem to get sorted out as people can''t act sensibly and maturely. What i'd think would be a good idea is a small selection of TF members to form a 'council' that dealt with complaints etc and acted like a moderator between parties.
Godd idea or rubbish, give me your feedback, or put forward suggestions for council members.

If people cannot mediate their own business, then they shouldnt be doing business in the first place.
The end, period, final statement, kthxby. It's as simple as that.

Yeah. If you need somebody babying you, you need to reconsider your job choice.

I'm a firm believer that business matters should be kept private, this would just encourage people to post every minor blip in a transaction - it'd be worse than it is now!
That, however, doesn't mean that TalkFreelance will tolerate scammers. Proven scammers have, and will continue to be, banned from TalkFreelance and that for me is good enough. TF will do everything to protect buyers and sellers alike but personally I think things like this just threaten to wrongly tarnish peoples reputations as it will always be abused.

Maybe a sub forum of business and legal called "Vent your rage - Scams, rippers etc"
Let everyone who has problems post in there, that way it keeps the rest of the forum friendly and clean. I wouldn't even visit that forum because I don't deal with TF members, and I won't see every 10th thread in General about ripoffs.
