Offline Blog Editor
Hi Guys,
Does anybody know of any good offline blog wysiwyg software? Just so I can write some posts and tidy them up as the built in one in WP is rather poor imo.
Regards,
Craig.

How very constructive Broken, i'm sure he knows of google, and the uses of it. But i do believe he was asking about the bloggers here if they have any recommendations that some of us have used and had good experiences with.
However sorry TGB, i do not know of one but would be interested in finding one too.

Really you'd just have to look at standard HTML WYSIWYG editors.
Dreamweaver probably being one of the most popular.

@ Broken - To be fair, I actually wasn't aware of that - Thanks for letting me know. I also wasn't aware of Google...
@ James.David - Thanks, If I find one, I will post it up for everybody.
@ Jeff - That was my original idea, but as you probably know yourself, DW produces very crappy code and often likes to do what it wants. As I said to James, if I find one, I will post it up.

Open Office Writer has an "Export as xHTML" option, if that's any help to you.

When i'm writing a post, i do it in Word first then copy and paste the text to Notepad, then from Notepad copy and paste it again to Wordpress.
As for Blog editor, I've been using Dreamweaver for almost a year and have no problems with it. And when i do paste texts from Word to Dreamweaver, i do the way i wrote in the first paragraph.
