it takes alot of work if they do it, They have to upgrade the skin, all modifications etc. And honestly everyone is liking it so why change it. :P

I honestly don't see much reason to change. Sure, there are cool new features, but it is working fine as is.

it actually wouldnt be THAT much of a change, since its 3.x.x but there would be a few templates that would have to be re-coded

I don't mind, I mainly use it for posting general things / answering / asking questions. These new updates don't really add too much to the things I come on here for so I don't see any reason for the update (personally).

I think it shoud be upgraded soon becuase this version has alot of holes.

Please see this thred - These are the reasons why TF hasn't been upgraded yet, I don't think anyone could really tell you for deffinate when/if TalkFreelance will be upgraded.

There is obviously quite a bit of customization here, but nothing that other boards haven't been faced with. At least go to 3.0.9 as there are serious security holes in 3.0.7...hate to see this place get hacked!
