The job section doesn't use a user registration database so anybody can post jobs without signing up and see the job information without signing up, however this can be altered using Wordpress settings I believe.
It's a ready to go package, all BUT (tee hee) the skinning of the job board.

Sam you'll have to wait a little longer, the coding wasn't properly finished anyway as the bugs I reported to you have still yet to be rectified.
