Another quick question - is the vbulletin license included? Is the vbulletin version installed even legal? Because it's out of date.

vBulletin is not uncluded, sorry i forgot to say that, what do you mean out of date? Cause i dont want the new version as it's not stable, and you can uprgade it easily.
