  Old  Banner for Link Echange

I'm looking to trade some ad space for some ad space. I have created a 468x60 banner for linktill.com and I would like to get some traffic coming into the site therefor I would like to do a type of exchange.

My proposed plan is in exchange for displaying my banner on a monthly basis (doesn't matter if rotated or not), I will provide you with 1 featured and 3 premium links on LT, styled in anyway you please!
