SmartFTP Connection Error

I can't log into my FTP anymore from my home. I recently changed ISP (from cable to DSL) but I have no changed Antivirus or Firewall settings in a year. I can log into my servers from work, so I know it's a problem with my home network. Other than that I know little to nothing about connections, networking, firewalls etc, so I have no clue what the problem could be.

I'm using a cheapo Linksys wireless router (has never prevented FTP connection before). I recently had to go into the Linksys config to set it up on bridge mode or something like that (the tech guy walked me through it over the phone) to get it to work with the DSL. The internet is working fine on my desktop and two laptops, but FTP is broken.
