I've worked with all of those mentioned and each have their own advantages and disadvantages. For my personal projects, and the one which occupies most of my time, I'm using PHP almost exclusively.

I agree. I do favor PHP for the powerful features and because it's open source.
You can do a lot more with PHP than with classic ASP (3.0) without having to create or buy components to do things like create PDF files or images.
