 Girly Template: Can I get opinions?
I just finished this layout to put into my portfolio, and wanted your opinions. I'm going to be putting this into wordpress sooner or later, but wanted opinions on the design.

My girlfriend told me it was insulting that someone uses 'pink' and it's automatically girlie.

Pink is a feminine color. You must think that when a newborn is a girl, it wears pink. How exactly could it be insulting?

I don't think it's insulting at all. Pink is commonly associated with "girls". In that regard, it's stereotypical. Is it wrong that it plays on that? Not at all. It's a stinking web site design, and for a blog, so I'm not insulted by it.
