This template has been made completely by me, and has never been sold before.

You will get full rights (eg. copyright, resell right, ...), and the template delivered in an unmerged .psd (which contains 3 content pages, seen on the preview page).
The .psd layers are structured in seperate subfolders so it should be easy to find your way in it.
