Firefox used to be my primary browser (as a user and webmaster) for years, but just now I moved to Chrome. It's way much faster and "lighter" than Firefox. I missed some of Firefox add-ons though.

Well, since this thread was resurrected.. I'm now a full-time Chrome user. All of the extensions I use on Firefox were on Chrome and Chrome's memory footprint is FAR less than Firefox's.

I also like using Webkit over Gecko and Webkit/Chrome's rendering is a lot smoother. Haven't touched Firefox in over two months =).

Plus I LOVE Google Sync w/ Chrome AND Chrome to Phone = win.

True that. I dont think I will ever go back to IE unless they fix their problems.
Google Sync with Chrome is the bomb. It just a better product all around

I think I'm probably one hair away from completely switching over to chrome. FF definitely takes up massive CPU.

I still use Firefox because of its extensions but I hate how much memory is spent on its processes. I need a more elegant solution and I'm sure I will look for one very soon.

I prefer Firefox for browsing, but I test my code in IE, Safari, Chrome, and Opera.

I have recently become acquainted with the Chrome browser as a back up. I was amazed at how much quicker sites load and data is processed! I will likely make it my primary browser.
