Firefox has been great! I just got so sick of all the spam and hassel of IE. I really like the tab feature and the ability to right click on a link to open in new tab or browser. Very handy

I dont think I'll go back to IE. They would have to clean up their act.

Firefox all the way baby!!!

I install it as default on all my clients computers, then tell them to use it because it's faster, safer, more secure and all round better.

I repair PC's as a hobby side business and have never had a single client complain, in fact they all want to know more about it. None have asked for it to be removed too.

IE is only the worlds most popular browser because it's integrated with Winblows, I am sure if people had a choice of IE and Firefox at the outset, and trialled both, they would ALL stick with Firefox.

You can also Ctrl+Click to achieve the same thing

IE's ActiveX controls make me feel very insecure and nervous.
Firefox is open source, so bugs get squashed VERY fast. If someone finds a bug in the code (no software is 100% bug free) and reports it, it's probable that there will be a patch available for it within 24 hours or less.

Firefox can be skinned.
Firefox is developed in very well architectured modules this makes extending it (an example is extending its functionality with plug-ins extensions) a piece of cake. And if one thing fails, the whole program won't crash.

Firefox hardly/never crashes/

type this in your address bar and hit enter:
Code:
about:config
You can control some parts of the core of Firefox through that.

Actually Firefox loaded a lot faster than any other browser for me...but the thing is, if you're on a file system that's Windows based like FAT or NTFS, there will be fragmentation of data.....so, programs you use more often will inevitably load faster.

How much RAM and CPU cycles does Opera consume in comaprison to Firefox? I haven't installed Opera on Linux yet but I have used it for a very long time on Windows, in the past.
