Old  Anyone here use Design Contest?

http://www.designcontest.net

I don't know if anyone here uses them, some really good designers there and quite a bit of $$ to make if you're good. I'm currently working on getting the required posts so I can start competing

I haven't used that website personally, it's basically the same setup as we have here (with the contests forum) something i'm going to be working on alot soon is bringing more contests to talkfreelance.

A good place I do however recommend is www.designoutpost.com

Ahhh, forgot about them... I wonder if they have requirements for their designers like Designcontest does...

Quite an interesting thought I just thunked: A new breed of webdesign freelancers that do nothing but participate at contesting sites... Would be quite interested to hear anyone's experiences with such sites.

I just discovered that site about 3 days ago. The pay over there is great but the designers are too advanced for me to compete with them.

Yeah, I'm hoping I'll get lucky once I pass the requirements and get in a contest that none of those awesome designers compete in
