Further Reinforce this Point
The marketplace isn't the gallery showcase. There are mainly 1 or 2 members that seem to enjoy critiquing the work that people are trying to sell, sometimes giving it a bad review and then telling them "however, good luck with t3h sale y0". We should ban this type of behavior with some sort of demerit; it isn't fair to the seller.
Discuss.

I also agree, a few members in particular seem to be doing this, and it in no way benefits the seller.

Its already a rule, people just seem to either A) not understand/know about it or B) seem to ignore it. How can we reinforce this rule?

I agree and I try to delete these comments when I see them but as I don't read every thread in the MP I end up missing most of them. I think thread starters should take more care for their own threads and report them or PM a staff member if this type of thing is happening (some people already do but a surprising amount don't). Simply because if we don't know it's happening we can't do anything about it, if it's breaking the MP rules an infraction will normally be put in place if they keep doing it those infractions add up to bans.
If you see it happening let us know

Lucky that bazaa gets to them first; I usually add hard infractions for them.

Once someone said something like 'lol $200 you need to lower your bin' I told him his opinion didn't matter and this is market place not showcase. He replied just trying to help out, as they think they are doing nothing wrong!

Agreed - I think infractions are the way forward. These comments do the buyer or seller no good at all.

Please put this at the top of your priority list, it seems to be happening more and more lately, taking jon's thread for example; http://www.talkfreelance.com/thread36737.html
You should just temporary ban people, none of this infraction business, banning will get it through to them.

Instant bannings will get a very voiciferous reaction from the anti-banning brigade
