.htaccess edit
I'm curious if Big Zee or whoever can change the .htaccess to direct to either http://www.talkfreelance.com or http://talkfreelance.com or at least make cookies work on both because I'm (among others) annoyed when I click on a link and I'm logged out because they use the other URL.
Any chance of this happening?

I agree, I've had this problem myself! A tad annoying indeed...

If we do this, it's got to be www. that stays, it's how I roll.

However much I despise "www." if this ever happens, then it should be "www." because of the PR and the fact that more people type in "www." rather than skipping it.

I like mine better, but you get the same effect. I like mine better cause when I am helping my clients, it works with all scenario, no need for editing.
Code:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^(www\.|$) [NC]
RewriteRule ^ http://www.%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]

So if I make a .htaccess file and put the above code in there, my sites will automatically go from http:// to always http://www. ?
Because this is something I've tried to figure out for a while, but never got around to doing. I want to do that so it will hopefully improve my PR. That and it's annoying to have the other issue with not being logged in when typing in the other on accident.
