Codethis.org - Need xhtml/css coders

I am starting an online coding website at:
http://www.codethis.org

It's going to be a big project and obviously I will need some help. For now I am only looking to offer valid xhtml/css coding to customers.

I already have a web template currently and I am working on a CMS that will make things easier for the customers and employees.

I need a team of skillful xhtml/css coders that are willing to make money. The profit goes all your way and we will operate under a first come first serve basis on the forum which is where customers requesting work will be listed by me after they have received a quote and the job will be open to anybody willing to make money.

OK, I finally have part of my first completely from scratch work up.
I made it in photoshop. Sliced it myself. And coded it from scratch. There is just one page so far...but you get the idea.
I am settling out all glitches right now, geckoinformation.info/adam

1) Would prefer not telling on tf, can do it on msn thought
