  Old  Any good SEO companies?

Has anyone used any company for SEO services in the past? I'm interested in your recommendations if you have used any one particular company for optimization of your website. I often hear alot of bad things regarding this type of business, scams etc.

Seo-guy.com is a pretty big name, can charge up to 1k for a project though minimum.

Seochat.com is really good! Turn filters on in admincp to change boring words to better keyworded words.
