The layout is amazing but I really hate how they got rid of the drop down on the left that had all the categories. I loved being able to view all text tutorials and such.

I like the current design even though its a little blant and could use some spicing. The old version seemed too played out for me, not unique if i may. This one seems to be fresh and more heading towards the Web 2.0 style.
It could use some tweaking but overall i love it

i dont frequent the site (this is the first ive heard of a redesign... lol) but I really don't dig the new design. The older one was much better.
I was a BETA for GT (i suggested the grey navigation underlay) and their site wasn't pretty at first either (v4 i mean). Maybe p2l wil tweak it some.

What i don't know if you guys know is that j-huskisson is the previous co-owner of pixel2life.com, he coded the second version and did most of the backend. But now he works with other people like Me, one My-Tuts.

lol this is by far the funniest thread i seen, i swear every thread about p2ls new design on any forum but p2l is downing the design but everyone on p2l is madly in love with, pfft lol

the coding aspect is incredible. they've done some great stuff, no doubt. but this color scheme and style is not very attractive in my mind. i think if this were a competition G-T would win by a longshot because it LOOKS better, whether it's coded better or not.
