PSD to XHTML coders wanted!

I will be needing some coders that can take a psd file, slice it as needed and build out a XHTML/CSS page within time spans from 7 days down to as little as less then 8 hours.

Skills needed:

Photoshop - Design experience not required, just need to be able to use photoshop and slice up images retaining their original state.

XHTML / CSS - need to have experienced coding technique, using the latest coding methods.

SEO - need to be able to use methods for optimizing pages. An example would be hiding text where images must be used for headlines.. Things like that.

Cross Browser - the pages HAVE to be completely cross browser friendly. Work in ie 6, 7, Safari, and firefox. if they do not.. they are no good to me.


reliable - if I give you a job and u do not complete it within the time frame, regardless of the excuse there will be no further work coming your way. if you cannot complete a project in time, say so before you are given the project, it will be passed on to someone available.. simple, you won't hurt your chances refusing work, just accepting and not completing it is no good.
