Old  Help Me Analyze My Bounce Rate?

I wasn't sure to put this in the website review section or here..let me know otherwise and I'm sorry if its in the wrong spot!

Lately my blog stats have been not doing so well-- and I'm now taking a closer look into my bounce rate, which is pretty high according to Google analytics.

I'm not sure if I've been blogging so long that I've lost sight in my blog and where I'm going, but I could use some feedback to get back on track.

My top landing pages are:
http://webitect.net/freelancing/5-ha...n-record-time/
homepage - http://webitect.net/
http://webitect.net/resources/65-mus...strategies.php
http://webitect.net/blogging/the-ben...tips-included/
http://webitect.net/design/the-art-o...web-design.php

I was hoping to get some feedback on the user experience, any tips on how I could lower my bounce rate, and anything I could improve upon. I realize this probably isn't my full target audience here, but I generally want to appeal to web designers and developers.

Thanks for anyone who gives feedback, it's very much appreciated and thanks for taking the time!
