i agree with anyone here its easy, you can do it with a html editor. you just need to enter some colours in the css properties (theres even a colour selector!)

then for the header / footer you just need to slice a psd or create one in a html editor! the rest should be adapted by vBulletin.

Then you can edit the stylevars and get it looking how you want it. Thats all i do anyway!
