Php Error

I'm getting this error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/domingos/public_html/config.php on line 14

I'm trying to set up a myspace script.

Here is the line

define('ROOT_DIR', realpath(dirname(__FILE__)));

What am I supposed to set that at?
