What will the blog be about?
If it's anything to do with programming or code, then DevSpeak. If it's mainly about the net and more design related, then I'd go for NetSpeak.

you could use dev as your blog because, dev doesn't just mean programming.
It could be the development of yourself!

I actually prefer devspeak, netspeak doesn't sound as professional and is more broad.
