Old  Flash Resources and Tutorials for Beginner/Average user

Hi guys

I am starting designing again after a few years off and want to learn flash. Could you point me in the direction of good websites for tutorials/resources, I am especially after a tutorial that will direct me on making a site/menu from a design i have made in photoshop.

Thanks for your help

http://flash.tutsplus.com/ The rest of the tutorials websites by the same company are great so see no reason why that one wouldnt be.
